Overview

Short-lived early-1990s all-ages rave often cited as a birthplace of New York rave culture.

NASA (Nocturnal Audio Sensory Awakening) was a short-lived early-1990s Friday-night party often cited as a birthplace of New York rave culture — all-ages, breakbeat- and hardcore-leaning, and associated with promoters DB and Scotto. It ran briefly in the building that also housed Shelter.
